Awards and Certifications

We think our coffee is pretty great, but we aren’t the only ones who think so! We have won multiple awards at the Myanmar Coffee Competition with a variety of processing methods. We are also Q Grader Qualified, which is a fancy way to say, we have the skill set to evaluate the flavor profiles and quality of the coffees we produce.

Part of the fun of processing coffee is that every village produces a unique coffee and every year’s harvest is different based on weather and rain. Each new crop offers an opportunity to create something special with the processing and roasting that follow harvest. We are constantly trying new methods of making even more extraordinary coffee! Here are the flavor profiles of our award-winning coffees.
